Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING

All orders placed with Nature’s Lap will be processed and shipped within 72 hours. Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days, depending on your location.

We package all our products in a secure way to ensure safe delivery.

RETURNS

Returns are only accepted in case of damage during shipping. All return requests must be made within 3 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with the zip lock/seal intact.

Please note: Opened, used, or damaged products (not caused by shipping) are not eligible for return or refund. Please make a video while unboxing the product / accepting the product, this will make the return process easier

RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at natureslap9@gmail.com. After approval:

  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
  • Include proof of purchase.
  • Ship the return to:

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund. Please allow 15 business days for processing. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to reflect, depending on your payment provider. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund is processed.
